This app is your gateway to operating your transceiver seamlessly, both locally and remotely via the internet.

Doing CW on the road
The impossible made possible: Using TS-Control you can operate in CW from anywhere via keyboard or even Paddle.
You can either generate CW using the Keyboard and Macros and even add a CW-Paddle to your Mac via USB.
A CW Decoder is also integrated.
Requirements:
TS-Control for Kenwood can be used with the TS-890
- The Transceiver needs to be connected to your local Network via LAN cable
- No USB cable needed or supported
- No extra Hard- or Software is needed
- A Mac which runs at least Mac OS 14 (Sonoma)

I have paid for this App and like to use it on another Mac. Do I have to pay again?
A:
No, once paid for a Mac App it can be used on several Macs which are using the same Apple ID.
Q:
I have paid for this App and like to use it on my iPad, is that possible ?
A:
No, this App has been developed and designed for the Mac with features that are only possible on a desktop computer like a Mac.
Q:
I have more than one TS-890 Transceiver. Can I use the App for multiple Transceivers?
A:
Yes, you can use the App with multiple Transceivers but you can only use it with one at a time.
Q:
Why is only the TS-890 supported?
A:
First, the supported Transceiver needs to offer certain features for the communication to the App. This is only the case of the TS-890 and TS-990. And finally, I have to own the Transceiver for development, testing and support. I bought an TS-890 to develop this App and to be able to provide support for it. I don’t own an TS-990 so I can’t support it.
Q:
Can I use external Software like fldigi or wsjt-x along with TS-Control for Kenwood?
A:
Yes, the App includes a Radio-Server feature which can be used to interface with any App that supports network CAT such as RigCtl / Hamlib or Kenwood CAT over the network and selectable Audio devices.

Are the nice analog Meters supported?
A:
No and there are no plans to support them. The reason is, they don’t provide any additional benefit or advantage.
